Glen is a mediator exclusively with ADR Chambers. Glen specializes in mediating commercial and sport related disputes including player and coach contract negotiations, business acquisitions and financing.
Glen is the Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations for the New York Knicks of the National Basketball Association.
From December 2004 until October 2006, he was the President and CEO of the Toronto Board of Trade, the largest chamber of commerce in Canada. Glen managed a staff of 372 full and part time employees and an annual operating budget of over $16 million.
Glen is heavily involved in both the business and social communities. He has sat on the Board of Governors at George Brown College, the Board of Directors at the Greater Toronto Marketing Alliance, and the Board of the Toronto City Summit Alliance. Glen remains involved with the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, as well as a board member for Canada Basketball.
Prior to his time with the Toronto Board of Trade, Glen spent 15 years as a NBA executive for the Toronto Raptors and Denver Nuggets. He was the Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Raptors and managed operations of over $100+ million. Glen drove the growth of the team to three straight playoff appearances.
His career also includes acting as a corporate attorney for major law firms in Chicago and Denver, co-founding two companies (one in leisure products, the other in mergers and acquisitions), and acting as legal counsel to a major television pay-per-view network.
In addition to his law degree, he holds an MBA and an honours business degree in marketing and has completed Advanced training in mediation.
Glen was born in Chicago, Illinois and obtained his Canadian citizenship in 1999.
