Mr. Limbury is an arbitrator and mediator with ADR Chambers International, practising primarily in Australia and the United Kingdom. He has over forty years experience in the conduct and resolution of major commercial disputes, with a particular focus on intellectual property, competition law and administrative decisions.
Since 1986, and virtually full time since 1996, Mr. Limbury has gained wide experience mediating over 850 significant commercial and intellectual property disputes in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. He is also experienced as an arbitrator in commercial disputes in which the parties are legally represented; domain name disputes; complaints about advertising of therapeutic goods and merits review of administrative decisions.
Mr. Limbury is a Chartered Arbitrator (C.Arb.) and a legal practitioner of the High Court of Australia and the Supreme Courts of the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. He is a Member of The Institute of Arbitrators & Mediators Australia and a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He earned a Master of Dispute Resolution (MDR) at the University of Technology, Sydney, in 1997, and is a Specialist Accredited Mediator, Law Society of New South Wales since 1995.
