involving a wide range of domestic and international commercial disputes
- Adjudicated/arbitrated appeals or reinstatement
hearings for the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (Canada’s sports
anti-doping agency)
- Independent fact-finder in a case involving
allegations of harassment abuse (Coach/athlete)
- Conducted arbitration and appeal hearings in
sport cases involving doping, harassment, selection and compensation for player
development
- Lectured on mandatory mediation use of ADR in
sports disputes
- Mediated landlord and tenant disputes for the
Ontario Court of Justice
- Mediated wide range of civil disputes at Ontario
Court ADR Centre and as a Roster Mediator
