His experience includes cases involving numerous industries such as pharmaceutical, petroleum products, sports equipment, asbestos, pulp and paper, glass containers, automobiles, tires and newspapers. Disputes resolved recently by John as an arbitrator have involved domestic and international contract matters, intellectual property and ownership of technology, computer service agreements, real estate sales and development, sale of goods, requirements contracts and supply contracts, employment agreements and compensation, fee agreements, damage claims, pipeline construction, agency and representation agreements, and transportation contracts.
