James E. Redmond, Q.C.


Mr. Redmond practices in the area of civil litigation, including corporate-commercial, securities, banking, auditing, insolvency, construction, real and intellectual property, competition and a broad range of general litigation matters. He has appeared on numerous occasions in the Supreme Court of Canada, both in constitutional and charter of rights cases, has appeared before a broad range of tribunals and public inquiries, including the Estey Commission inquiry respecting the CCB and Northland Bank failures, and has experience in domestic and international commercial arbitration.
