Mr. Yang has extensive experience in ADR and is the Chairman of the Hong Kong Mediation Council ("HKMC"), a branch of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre ("HKIAC"), a charitable institution limited by guarantee. The HKIAC is delegated by statute, the power to appoint arbitrators in Hong Kong. Mr. Yang is also an Ex-Officio Council Member of the HKIAC.

ADR Chambers was established in Toronto, Canada in 1995 as a provider of Alternative Dispute Services (ADR). It is the largest ADR Group in Canada consisting of retired Judges and Senior Counsel who are trained and dedicated to helping parties resolve disputes in an expeditious and cost-effective manner.

ADR Chambers (Canada) is a consultant on matters of ADR to the Government of Ontario, various Insurance Companies including Manulife, Royal Crown and AIG. It has conducted more than 1,000 cases since 1995 using various ADR methods such as Arbitration, Mediation, Early Neutral Evaluation, Mini-Appeals, Mini-Trials or Med-Arb. It is one of the largest ADR providers in Canada with over 60 panel members consisting of Privy Council Members, retired Provincial Court of Appeal Judges, Retired Judges, Senior Counsel and experts. ADR Chambers has since expanded to the United Kingdom (1999), France, Ireland and Hong Kong (2002) providing International ADR services to governments, individuals, law firms, insurers, professional organizations, domestic and multinational corporations.

ADR Chambers (UK) provides intensive training of mediation and negotiation skills. It won recognition as a "Highly Commended" Chambers under the "Chambers of the Year Awards" of the "The Lawyer". In the last few months of 2002, ADR Chambers (UK) panel members settled more than £150 million of disputes. Panel members include Members of the Privy Council, Members of the House of Lords, Retired Law Lords and Appeal Court Judges, Senior Counsel, Experts and Neutrals. ADR Chambers (HK) provides services for Mediation, Arbitration, Mediation/Arbitration (Med-Arb), Neutral Evaluation, Expert Witness, Mini-Trials and Private Final Appeals. ADR Chambers (HK) is a consultant to the HK Government on Dispute Avoidance and Resolution and has trained hundreds of senior civil servants on ADR. It also acts as a consultant to Governments and Private Sector Organizations to design ADR Systems, as well as Facilitation and Fact-Finding services.

ADR Training is offered with Workshops and can be customized for government, companies and law firms.
