ARBITRATION

Have acted as counsel for the last 15 years in a wide range of disputes throughout the world, relating to construction projects, chemical plants, power stations, gas pipelines, rail (heavy & light, overground and underground), airports and aircraft, commodities and trade. Appointed as arbitrator in 5 international arbitrations under UNCITRAL and ICCrules.

Involved with the conduct of a wide range of ADR processes as counsel ranging from mediation/conciliation, mini-trial to adjudication and expert determination. Also recognised as a mediator in the UK, conducting on average 2 mediations per month, often in high-profile disputes.

HIGH COURT

Substantial trial experience, in complex and long-running cases. Current cases mostly related to financial services.
